Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to contact you about The Summer Stash, and we do not sell it.
1. What we collect
When you send an inquiry or join the interest list, we collect what you enter:
- Your name, email address, phone number (optional), and residence hall
- What you would like to store, your selected package and add-ons, and your estimate
- Whether you chose Off-Campus Fall Delivery
- Any notes you choose to add
We do not ask for payment information on this website.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your storage and delivery
- To tell you when The Summer Stash launches
- To understand which packages and services students want
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who handles your information
- Formspree collects and delivers form submissions to us. It acts as our form provider.
- Vercel hosts this website, provides our analytics, and may record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google.
We may share information if the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, and whether an inquiry or interest-list signup was sent. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites, and it does not include the details you type into our forms.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are planning to launch and while we are providing service to you, and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us and we will take care of it.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or service can promise perfect security.
8. Children
The Summer Stash is for college students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
